The Hale County Literacy Council receives funding from Hale County and the City of Plainview. The remainder of our work is covered through generous private donations and gifts from area businesses.
Your support allows HCLC to provide its services and programs to the public free of charge. It also allows us to provide free books to children at a variety of events throughout the year.
